PBT+glass fiber Glass fiber reinforced materials are optimized for toughness, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance, with reduced fluidity and reduced deformation.
PC Widely used in electrical and commercial equipment, appliances, transportation and so on. It has strong toughness, high hardness, weak light transmission and poor fluidity. PE-LD Used for bowls, bins, pipe couplings. The density, relative molecular mass, and crystallinity are low, the texture is soft, the cold resistance is good, the chemical stability is good, and the water absorption is small. It is a semi-crystalline material with a high shrinkage after molding, between 1.5% and -4%, and is also used for blow molding and compression molding.
PEI Used in the automotive industry, electrical and electronic equipment, product packaging, aircraft interior equipment, pharmaceutical industry, etc. It has strong toughness, strength, good mechanical properties, strong corrosion resistance and high insulation. It can replace part of metal forming.

PMMA It has strong hardness and strong light transmission. The penetration of white light is as high as 92%. It is the best light transmission among all transparent materials. PP It has strong flexibility, good viscosity, good fluidity and high stability. Because it does not degrade at high temperature, unmodified PP is used for screw cleaning, commonly known as 100% plastic.
PP+glass fiber The viscosity, fluidity and stability of the modified material are reduced, the toughness is enhanced, and the degradation is not caused at a high temperature for a long time.
PPE Used in household goods, electrical equipment, etc. It has certain toughness, strength and good mechanical properties, and it is not easy to decompose under high temperature. The mixed material blended with PA 66 has stronger chemical stability at high temperatures, and the material has low hygroscopicity and excellent geometric stability of the product. The material in which PS is mixed is amorphous, and the material in which PA is mixed is crystalline. The addition of a glass fiber additive can reduce the shrinkage to 0.2%.
PPO Wide temperature range, excellent water and steam resistance, excellent dimensional stability, excellent electrical insulation, poor fluidity, and tendency to stress cracking.
PS Used in product packaging, household goods, toys, electrical equipment, etc., divided into GPPS and HIPS. The material performance is reflected in the two limits of flexibility and hardness. It is the most widely used civilian plastic. The ratio of GPPS modified SAN can be used to replace PMMA.
PS+ flame retardant After the flame retardant performance is increased, the material properties change, which is easy to decompose, easy to carbonize, and corrosive, and is mostly used in the outer casing of electrical products.
PVC Used in water supply pipes, household pipes, house wall panels, commercial machine casings, electronic product packaging, medical equipment, food packaging, etc. The material has non-flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability, good fluidity and flexibility. Depending on the density, the difference is from 0 to 100 degrees. The higher the density, the higher the hardness.
AS Used in electrical, household goods, automotive industry, household goods, cosmetics packaging, etc. Transparency is second only to PMMA, higher than PC, ABS, GPPS. Compared with PMMA, the hardness is reduced, the fluidity is increased, and the wear of the screw is reduced. The user is mostly used to replace the PMMA material.
AS+ glass fiber The addition of glass fiber additives can increase strength and resistance to thermal deformation, reduce thermal expansion coefficient, and certain toughness. Later material suppliers synthesize new materials, ASA, which possess the properties of this material and increase flame retardancy.
PPS Good chemical resistance, special rigidity, poor toughness, low impact strength, unstable colloid after melting, and used for the formation of internal functional parts.
PEEK It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength and low noise, because its excellent mechanical properties can replace metal and is used for wear-resistant gear shaping.
PPA It has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, good mechanical and shrinkage properties, and resistance to decomposition at high temperatures, which can replace some metal fittings.
rubber It has strong flexibility and elasticity. There are few products for single injection molding. There are different model choices according to production needs, and most of them are used for blow molding and compression molding.
