Our company has pointed out some matters needing attention in the production process of the toggle switch, so that each customer can avoid problems during the process.
Note the following for the toggle switch:
1. When soldering the terminals, apply a load to the terminals, which may cause looseness, deformation, and deterioration of electrical characteristics depending on the conditions.
2. Please avoid using the water-soluble flux when it is soldered.
3. Regarding the setting of the welding conditions, please proceed according to the conditions at the time of actual mass production.
4. When soldering the tin twice, please return to the normal temperature after the first welding part. When the heating is continued, there is a possibility that the outer peripheral portion is deformed, the terminal is loosened, the falling off, and the electrical characteristics are lowered.

5. Please do not let the flux flow from the top of the printed circuit board to the switch.

6. After installing the switch, please contact us when you pass the heat storage hardening furnace in order to harden the adhesive of other parts.
7. When a through-hole printed circuit board or a board other than the recommended one is used, the influence of thermal stress will change. Please confirm the welding conditions beforehand.

8. With plug type, please weld at the bolt position. If the welding is performed while the dot is fixed in the pin, the pin mechanism portion may be deformed.
9. Can not be cleaned.
Rotation 10. Especially for small, thin switches, please be careful not to apply external force during the assembly process.
11. Tighten the mounting screws within the specified strength. If it is tightened with a larger force than the specified one, it may cause malfunction or damage to the screw.
Encoder:
12. Insert the product body into the specified mounting surface and make the installation level. If it does not reach the horizontal level, it will cause malfunction.
13. If the voltage is below DC1V or the current is below 10μA, there is a possibility of poor contact. When using the above, please confirm separately.
Testing 14. This product is designed and manufactured on the premise of DC resistance load. If other loads (inductive load (L), capacitive load (C)) are used, please check separately.
15. When the switch is operated, if the specified load is applied, the switch may be damaged. Be careful not to apply more than the specified force on the switch.

16. If it is used in a dusty environment, dust will enter from the opening, causing contact failure and malfunction. Please consider this in advance when designing the combined parts.
Multifunction:
17. If corrosive gas is generated in the material around the machine using the switch, it may cause contact failure, so please confirm it beforehand.
Operating device:
18. Storage method The product of the touch type 1 is stored at a normal temperature, is always wet, and is not exposed to direct sunlight. It is stored in a place where corrosive gas is not generated. It is limited to 6 months from the date of delivery. Please use it as soon as possible.
Specially made:
2 After opening, you can use a polyethylene bag to separate it from the outside air. Please store it in the same environment as above and use it as soon as possible.
