Vacuum insulation board (VIP board) is a kind of vacuum insulation material, which can effectively avoid the heat transfer caused by air convection, can greatly reduce the thermal conductivity, and has the advantages of environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving. However, there are still defects in the use of VIP panels for exterior wall insulation systems: because the butt joints of the panels cannot be eliminated, there will be a mesh-like thermal bridge on the wall, the insulation function of the whole system is almost lost, and because it cannot be cut on site, the construction difficulty Very high, the feasibility of using it for construction is theoretically small.
