Definition & Importance of pH ORP
pH and ORP are two key parameters in water quality monitoring. pH, or acidity, is an indicator of the strength of the acidity and alkalinity of aqueous solutions. Its value is usually between 0 and 14, with 7 indicating neutrality, less than 7 indicating acidity, and greater than 7 indicating alkalinity. As an online dosing control pH controller, the control function is very important. Our controllers are equipped with 2 relays that can be set by SPST. Customers can set the opening value and closing value to realize the control of the acid-base dosing pump, temperature and cleaning control.

Control Process
The sensor probe is immersed in the solution, such as a swimming pool, fish pond, or water tank. It sends real-time readings to the controller, which processes and displays the values. Users can pre-set upper and lower limits on the controller for either pH or ORP. If the sensor detects that the solution's pH or ORP value exceeds these limits, the controller sends a signal to the dosing pump. The pump then injects chemicals into the solution to restore the value to the acceptable range. The system uses a feedback loop to continuously adjust dosing and maintain the ideal chemical balance.
