1. Switch: This switch controls the input power of the power supply. It is ON (ON) and OFF (OFF).

2. Set switch: The position of SET is: set air pressure and pipeline purge.
Plasma Power Switch: This switch controls the input power of the power supply. It is ON (ON) and OFF (OFF).
3. AC indicator: This indicator is steady on, indicating that the power supply unit is ready and ready to operate. If the light is flashing, the device is in a chain protection mode. Turning off the device turns the input power off or on, causing it to return to normal, and then restarting the device.

4. CNC cutting machine controls the output current: set the desired output current. When the output current setting value reaches 40Amp, the tow cutting can be performed (the cutting nozzle contacts the workpiece); if the cutting nozzle contacts the workpiece, the output current setting value exceeds At 40Amp, the power supply automatically reduces the output current to 40Amps.

5. Air source indicator: When the power supply is working, even if the input air pressure is the smallest, the light is ON (light) state. At this time, although the power supply works, this pressure is not enough for the torch to work.

6. Temperature indicator: Normally the indicator is OFF (not lit) and is ON when the internal temperature exceeds the normal limit. Turning off the unit means cooling the unit before continuous operation.
7. DC indicator: When the DC output circuit is working, the lamp is ON (bright).

  8. Run: The up position (RUN) is for the torch to work normally. Fast automatic restart: The middle position (RAPID AUTO RESTART) is: an uninterrupted restart when cutting a stencil or gouging or dressing operation.
Before using the plasma power supply, you must first fully understand and understand its operation method and structure, and follow the rules to avoid unnecessary trouble. The most important point is that the operator must have a certain professional quality and sufficient understanding of the equipment in order to properly maintain and cope with possible problems, so as to effectively use the plasma power supply and equipment.
