Research on Construction Technology of Plastic Formwork Engineering

The template removal should be carried out by a dedicated team following a systematic approach. Always remove lateral supports first, then proceed to dismantle vertical supports. 5. After the plastic formwork is removed, the working area should be clean, free of dust and debris. There is no need to apply a release agent to the concrete surface since the plastic formwork ensures a smooth and clean contact. Third, materials and equipment. Material preparation includes low-foam multi-layer plastic building formwork, channel steel, angle iron, wooden squares, nails, bolts, reinforcing bars, and sponge strips. These materials are essential for ensuring the stability, durability, and efficiency of the formwork system during construction. Proper selection and handling of these components contribute significantly to the success of the entire project.
