Dismantling Process:
1. Control the timing of demolding. If the formwork is removed too early, the concrete may stick to the mold. Once the concrete has fully hardened, it will naturally separate from the formwork, making the removal process faster and easier.
2. Demolition must be authorized by the construction technology department, and a signed order is required. Unauthorized removal of the formwork is strictly prohibited.
3. The removal of the bottom formwork should follow the guidelines outlined in GB50204-2002, "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering." The operation team must apply for approval after receiving technical clearance.
4. The formwork removal should be carried out by an operation team following a structured approach. The principle is to first remove lateral supports before disassembling vertical supports.
5. After removing the plastic formwork, the working area should be clean, free of dust and debris. There is no need to apply a release agent on the concrete contact surface.
Third, materials and equipment.
Material preparation includes low-foam multi-layer plastic building formwork, channel steel, angle steel, wooden squares, nails, bolts, steel bars, and sponge strips. Additionally, tools such as wrenches, hammers, and measuring instruments are essential for proper installation and alignment. It's important to ensure that all materials are stored in a dry and organized manner to maintain their quality and efficiency during the construction phase. Regular inspection and maintenance of the formwork and supporting structures are also recommended to ensure long-term durability and safe usage.
