To achieve this, the company has launched the second phase of its expansion project, aiming to significantly boost its annual output and create more value for stakeholders. Once the second phase is completed, the company expects an annual output value of 320 million yuan, with an estimated profit and tax income of 50 million yuan. A notable highlight of the project is the introduction of advanced technology in producing "cobalt-free low-nickel prealloyed dry-cut diamond CNC tools," which will address a critical gap in China's diamond tool industry. At the production site, Su Shunde, the company's production manager, shared that orders from both domestic and international markets have surged this year, especially in regions like the Middle East, Mexico, and Southeast Asia. These orders represent an 80% increase compared to the same period last year. To meet rising demand, the company has accelerated the second-phase expansion, investing a total of 100 million yuan across 60 mu of land. Construction began in August 2012, with plans to build four main facilities: cutting heads, saw blades, welding workshops, and an R&D center. The project also involves purchasing advanced production and testing equipment, including 89 sets of testing devices. Once fully operational, the facility will be capable of producing 1 million sets of diamond CNC tools annually. So far, over 30 million yuan has been invested, and a 1,500-square-meter factory has already been constructed. New equipment is being installed and tested one by one. Upon full operation, the company anticipates doubling its annual production capacity and output value. According to Gu Renfu, the company’s deputy general manager, technological upgrades are essential for enterprise development. He explained, “Previously, we relied on manual production, where one worker could produce around 600 pieces per day. Now, with semi-automatic processes, we can produce 2,200 pieces daily, significantly improving efficiency and reducing labor costs.” As part of the second-phase expansion, the company has prioritized modernizing its technology and equipment to stay competitive in the evolving market.
