Use and maintenance of MB series stepless speed changer:
1. When installing the horizontal or horizontal flange, the center line elevation of the machine should be calibrated, and the coaxiality of the calibrated drive shaft should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling.
2, vertical MB stepless speed changer can be installed at any angle, the oil level must exceed the oil mark center line on the higher side
3. Before use, the shifting part of the continuously variable transmission should be added with traction fluid. The oil level must exceed the center line of the oil mark to make it normal oil bath lubrication.
4, reducer with 40# mechanical oil or 90# industrial gear oil
5, MB stepless speed changer traction fluid must be replaced regularly
6, only allow the speed control in the machine running, otherwise it is easy to damage the parts
7, when the stepless speed changer is shipped from the factory, the speed limit screw has been adjusted to the limit position, please do not adjust it to avoid damage to the parts.
8, when the CVT is used, it must not exceed the rated torque
9, the working environment temperature of the continuously variable transmission shall not exceed 40 degrees, and the surface temperature shall not exceed 75 degrees.
