Wing gate installation step 1: pre-embedded lines
1. Set the position of the chassis according to the customer's requirements, choose a good route between the center of the fixed position of the chassis and the control room, and pre-bury or dig the cable trench.
2. Put the appropriate diameter cable pipe (PVC pipe or steel pipe) in the dug line trench, and insert the power cord and control wire required by the device (control wire includes: manual button wire 3 core, RS485 communication signal wire 3 core). If the distance is far, the power line and the control line must be separated from the tube (the distance between the two tubes should be more than 50CM).
3. Between the two gates, lay an 8-core connecting machine line connecting machine.
4. After all lines are laid, fill the concrete after successful commissioning.
Wing gate installation step two: fixed wing gate
1. First, power up the two wing gates to make the wing run to the closed state, and then align the wings of the two wing gates so that the wings are on the same line, and the distance between the wings is 3CM to 5CM
2. Need to test whether the infrared is aligned, and wait for all functions to be debugged
3. Make marks on the center of the screw hole center of the base and the edge of the chassis base on the ground, then remove the chassis, and drill holes vertically with a drill bit on the marked screw holes. The size and depth should meet the requirements of the expansion screw. To the original position, insert the expansion screw and tighten the screw

Compact Solar Water Heater is a cost-effective system for residential hot water application. This system is designed according to thermosiphon principle and operating with proportion difference between cold and hot water. The water heated by Vacuum Tubes is held in the stainless steel storage tank where the insulation preserves the heat.

 

The compact Solar Water Heater uses the sun to heat the working fluid (mostly water) in the vacuum tubes. The Solar Collector absorbs solar radiation, and converts the sunlight to heat and transfer it to the water. The heated water naturally rises through the solar collector into the water tank where the cooler water at the bottom of the tank is forced out and descends to the bottom of the collector (thermosiphon circulation). The circulation will be interrupted when there is no solar radiation.
