The specific operations before the debugging are as follows:
1. Perform a scrub on the hydraulic components and piping exposed to the outside before the test machine, and use a sponge to disable the veil when scrubbing;
2. Check whether the hydraulic pump rotation direction, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump inlet and outlet pipes are connected incorrectly;
3. Check whether the connections of hydraulic components and pipelines are correct and reliable, and correct them if they are incorrectly installed;
4. Check the position of each handle and confirm the positions such as “stopâ€, “reverse†and “unloadingâ€, so that each travel stop is fastened in the proper position.
5. The pressure regulating handle of the relief valve is basically loose, the handle of the flow valve is close to full closing (slow speed), and the current setting value of the control pressure flow of the proportional valve should be less than the small current value;
6. Loosen the relief valve handle and tighten the safety valve handle to adjust the relief valve to the minimum working pressure. The flow valve is adjusted to a minimum;
7. The guide rails, oil ports and other sliding parts are filled with lubricating oil as required;
8. Check whether the hydraulic motor power supply is consistent with the labeling regulations. The electromagnet current form (AC or DC) and voltage on the solenoid valve, whether the electrical components have special pneumatic regulations, etc., completely clear and then close the power supply.
