Whetstone sintered corundum (ruby) : A kind of microcrystalline corundum product sintered at high temperature. It has a compact and delicate structure and high hardness and strength.
The products are rosy red. The products are small grinding wheel type whetstone, standard type whetstone and grinding head type whetstone. When grinding the workpiece, it can maintain sharp edge and stable geometry for a long time.
It is suitable for forming and grinding of instrument industry, precision parts, micro cutting tools, tools and precision abrasive tools, etc. The precision surface roughness of machining can reach about 0.05μm.
Product SPECIFICATIONS: flat sand wheel whetstone with diameter less than 100 for small grinding wheel type, whetstone with various geometric shapes less than 200*50*25 for standard type, whetstone with diameter less than 25 for grinding head type.
Grinding method
About diamond grinding paste, particle size from W40 to W0.5. W40 is the coarsest, with a large amount of grinding, and W0.5 is the smallest. It is used for polishing, and it does not anneal, and it can also grind the hard knife.
Method of use:
The coarse W40 abrasive paste applied to borotartar can accelerate and increase the grinding amount without annealing.
Then, AFTER the rough grinding paste on the knife is cleaned, W0.5 grinding paste is applied to the ruby or natural jade for polishing, and the effect thrown out is a mirror.
Green silicon carbide, white corundum, brown corundum of these three kinds of whetstone hardness is not enough, coupled with a little coarse particle size, easy to grind out the cross, and the other three kinds of whetstone in polishing, grinding will not annealing.
If the particle size is greater than 1000, there is no difference. It mainly depends on the grinding paste used. When the grinding paste of W1.5 is applied to the ruby with 1000 mesh, its grinding effect is the effect of the grinding paste of W1.5, that is, the effect of the whetstone with 2500 particle size

In the past year, the security industry has experienced a significant transformation, particularly in the development of high-definition (HD) products. As smart cities and intelligent transportation continue to drive demand, HD technology has reached full maturity across key markets. This surge in demand has led to a wide array of HD products at various levels, marking a shift from a period of gradual development to a phase of rapid market growth. With technological advancements and increasing applications, the HD product market is expected to grow even faster next year, expanding its influence into both corporate and residential sectors.
Several trends are shaping the evolution of HD products this year. First, there's a clear shift from 720P to 1080P resolution, with 1080P gaining traction rapidly despite the continued dominance of 720P. Second, the CMOS sensor market is growing quickly due to collaboration between manufacturers and end users, while CCD sensors remain strong in specialized areas. Third, the variety of product forms has expanded significantly, with HD solutions now available across all types of security equipment, including dome cameras and PTZ systems. Finally, HD system infrastructure is becoming more complete, with mature components such as high-definition decoders, matrices, and management platforms now widely adopted.
Intelligent systems have also seen a major turning point. After years of uncertainty, the application of intelligent analysis is now entering real-world projects, driven by algorithmic breakthroughs and a more rational market. Functions like perimeter detection, facial recognition, video analytics, and image retrieval are being implemented more frequently. This marks a new era for intelligent applications, signaling a shift from speculative development to practical deployment.
The intelligent sector has begun to divide into several key application areas: industrial applications such as traffic monitoring and forest fire prevention, general-purpose solutions, video analytics, and system maintenance. These applications often combine multiple algorithms, reflecting a move toward user-driven intelligence rather than purely technology-focused approaches—a crucial step forward for the industry.
As HD and intelligent technologies advance, the video surveillance platform has become a central component of security solutions. The increasing number of access points and the integration of self-service and monitoring services have elevated the platform’s role. Since it serves as the direct interface between users and the system, the platform determines the overall functionality and performance of the system, making it essential for successful implementation.
Through platform-based solutions, the security industry has become more specialized and deeply integrated. Companies like Tiandi Weiye have developed comprehensive solutions tailored to multiple industries, leveraging the platform to achieve seamless integration with business operations. This approach enhances value for customers by breaking down traditional silos.
Standardization has also made significant progress. While compatibility issues once hindered the industry, the release of national standards and the adoption of ONVIF protocols have improved interoperability. Although full seamless integration remains a goal, the current improvements mark a major step toward a more mature and efficient industry.
With the expansion of the market and the rise of competition, companies are now evaluated based on their overall capabilities. Business models, product innovation, quality, service, and talent are all critical factors. The competition has shifted from simple price battles to a broader evaluation of enterprise strength. As the industry matures, we can expect further consolidation and a stronger focus on long-term value creation.
In conclusion, the security industry has entered a new phase of growth, marked by technological innovation, increased competition, and greater standardization. With continued efforts from industry leaders, the future looks promising, and the path ahead will be defined by collaboration, adaptation, and excellence.
