Remove the bearing cap and adjust it with a paper pad. Install the bearing cover so that the axial play is greater than 0.5mm, with a finger dial impeller to make it flexible rotation. 7) Put the paper pad, install the pump casing, screwed and installed filter. Then dial the impeller with your fingers, turn the flexible to erected the assembly. 8) Install the key and driven coupling on the pump shaft, install the key and active coupling on the motor shaft, and then bolt the motor and the motor base with bolts. After installed, the axial clearance between the active coupling and the driven coupling should be 1 ~ 1.5mm. At this point, mud pump installation is completed. Vertical mud pump disassembly order: 1) Remove the motor or fixed plate, outlet pipe. 2) Remove the volute and impeller nut, lightly pry the back of the impeller, remove the impeller key. 3) Remove the driven half coupling, then disassemble the key, and then disassemble the motor seat to separate from the support cylinder. 4) Remove the pump housing and support cylinder bolts and separate them. 5) Remove the sleeve and bearing from the shaft. During demolition and installation of vertical mud pump, it is forbidden to directly hit the mating surface with a hammer or the like to avoid destroying the accuracy of assembly and lowering the assembly quality and overall performance.
