1. coating ways : high-pressure /grinding electrostatic spraying

4.Working method
1. Cleaning the surface oil, rust ,water and other dirty.
2.Sandblasting to Sa2.5, the anchor depth to 40-100um, the surface to white.
3.Cleaning the surface of the pope
4.The material heating temperature at 180-220ºC
5.Using the electrostatic spraying, thickness at 60-150um
6.Adhesive is pained on the coating, thickness 200um min.
7.The polyethylene is blinded at temperature 240 ºC and adhesion the
medial-materials to fast combine with gum coating by hard rolling

Stored in less than 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire source, heating, avoid direct sunlight, the product in the transport should be to prevent rain, sun, prolonged sun exposure.Storage products in line with the above conditions, since the date of production, effective storage period is 6 months.Over the storage period may be re-tested and the results were consistent with, can still be used.
